种植牙是由牙冠、基台、种植体这三部分组成
Dental implant is composed of implant, abutment and crown.

种植的治疗过程
Procedure of implant

1. 术前检查（拟定治疗计划）
Examination before operation ( establish the treatment plan)

2. 植入种植体（法国进口无痛麻醉仪，达到真正的无痛麻醉）
Put in the implant

3. 连接种植体的上部结构
Fix the upper structure

(1) 常规种植需骨结合后再制作上部结构
Usually after the bony integration is established.

(2) 也可根据情况一次性完成手术
For some particular cases this can be done meanwhile in the first operation.

4. 制作牙冠后并戴入
Make the crown and deliver to the palient

5. 术后的维护
Maintainace after restoralion
